For Freelancers:

  • Maintain professionalism in communication and behavior.

For Clients:

  • Provide clear, detailed project requirements.
  • Approve completed work and release payments promptly.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between freelancers and clients, Hurfa offers a mediation service. Both parties are required to provide relevant evidence to support their claims. The platform’s decision will be final and binding.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities or fraud.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to bypass the platform for payments or communication.
  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or offensive behavior.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created by freelancers remains their property until transferred to the client upon payment. Users must respect copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hurfa is not liable for:

  • Losses arising from disputes between users.
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to negligence.

10. Termination of Accounts

Hurfa reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in prohibited activities.

11. Modifications to Terms

Hurfa may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
